The heart of Camerana Tequila lies in its meticulous production process. The agave plants are carefully selected and harvested at their peak maturity, ensuring the optimal sugar content and flavor profile. The agave hearts, also known as piñas, are then cooked in traditional brick ovens, slowly extracting the sweet nectar within.

After the cooking process, the piñas are crushed and the juice is extracted, which is then fermented using natural yeast. This fermentation period allows the tequila to develop its unique flavors and aromas, which are further enhanced during the distillation process.
